ICCI 2026: Construction Potential of New Uzbekistan – From Ideas to Large-Scale Solutions

The 7th International Conference of Construction Industry – ICCI 2026 will take place on 10-11 February in Atrium Hall 2 at Uzexpocentre NEC, as part of Uzbekistan Construction and Interior Week.
The construction industry is one of the key drivers of Uzbekistan's economy. The large-scale projects such as «New Tashkent» and «New Uzbekistan» demonstrate the importance of applying cutting-edge equipment, high tech materials and innovative approaches, as well as efficient use of resources and advanced technologies.
The ICCI Conference serves as an effective platform for showcasing these solutions and sharing experience among industry experts. It naturally complements the flagship event of the Construction and Interior Week, the 27th Uzbekistan International Construction Exhibition – «UzBuild 2026», acting as the exhibition's business discussion platform and giving professionals the opportunity to explore latest technologies, innovative approaches and best practices for delivering major construction projects.
As a forum that follows the latest trends in construction, this year's Conference will focus on the theme: «New Uzbekistan: From Ideas to Large-Scale Solutions».
General Sponsor of the Conference is ÇELİKER HOLDİNG – a leading company delivering infrastructure and above ground construction projects in Uzbekistan.
The event will bring together 37 companies, 39 speakers and 150 delegates from six countries: Georgia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Türkiye, Uzbekistan.
ICCI 2026 is a versatile platform combining plenary meetings, panel sessions, presentations and expert insights, providing professionals with a broad range of information and established practices. The Conference brings together representatives of government agencies, relevant associations and unions, developers and many leading market experts.
Traditionally, the Conference will kick off with a Plenary Session that sets the agenda and frames the programme's key topics. Held under the theme "Construction Sector in Uzbekistan's Dynamic Development," the Conference will focus on national housing and infrastructure programmes, the architecture of the future, and the «New Uzbekistan» project. The speaker lineup features representatives from the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Uzbekistan, New Tashkent Directorate, Çeliker Holding, KNAUF Uzbekistan, BCG Middle East, and Commonwealth Partnership Uzbekistan.
The Conference will also feature panel sessions on sustainable construction and development of the New Tashkent megaproject, next generation development and shaping a modern urban environment, as well as the development of cities' transport, engineering and environmental infrastructure.
The second day will be dedicated to focused sessions. The first session, «Construction Materials Manufacturing: A New Milestone,» will explore innovative materials, production automation, and international cooperation. The second session, «A Regional Business Expansion Model: Georgia's Experience and Scaling in Uzbekistan,» will serve as a practical platform for knowledge exchange and discussion of regional collaboration opportunities aimed at business growth and the launch of joint projects in the construction and related industries.
The Conference will conclude with discussions involving UzBuild 2026 participants, fostering experience exchange and practical solutions to support the further development of the industry.
The Conference's rich programme offers valuable insights for industry professionals, providing a forum that shapes development trends and supports the execution of major projects.
