1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy is an official document of Congresses of Central Asia LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Congresses of Central Asia") and applies to all information resources owned by Congresses of Central Asia: website www.cca.uz, second-level sites in the domain cca.uz).
The condition of this Policy applies to all the information that Congresses of Central Asia can receive about the user during his stay on the Congresses of Central Asia information resources and which can be correlated with this particular user.
2. Purpose of personal data processing
Congresses of Central Asia processes your personal data in order to provide you with services aimed at informing you about exhibitions and other events organised by Congresses of Central Asia, as well as their attendance.
3. Collection and use of Personal Data
Congresses of Central Asia gathers only those personal data that are necessary for registration at exhibitions and other exhibition events as a visitor or participant, and which you specify in the registration form or the Application Agreement for a specific event, including:
Full name;
E-mail address;
Contact phone number;
The name of the company you work for;
Position, profession, occupation:
Address.
Actions for processing personal data may include collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, provided that such actions do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and moral and ethical standards.
If you are a representative of the company, by entering your personal data into the Application Agreement, you also confirm your consent to the inclusion of your personal data in the register of subjects who have expressed a desire to receive information about Congresses of Central Asia and Congresses of Central Asia advertising, marketing, and exhibition events.
Congresses of Central Asia reserves the right to use depersonalised information related to the data provided by you when filling out the Application Agreement.
Congresses of Central Asia does not verify the authenticity of the name and contact details provided during registration and does not gather information about visitors to information resources and participants from other sources, such as public registers, directories for individuals or legal entities.
4. Disclosure of Personal Data
Congresses of Central Asia does not sell or disclose personal data about users to anyone.
Congresses of Central Asia has the right to transfer personal data about the user to third parties only if:
- you have agreed to disclose this information (including to exhibitors participating in Congresses of Central Asia events);
- without this, you cannot use the desired product or service;
- it is required by the current local or international legislation and/or authorities in compliance with the legal procedure;
- You are violating our User Agreement or the User Agreement of Congresses of Central Asia Partner Projects.
If you have registered for an exhibition or other exhibition event as a visitor, Congresses of Central Asia has the right to transfer the information you have indicated on the information resources to its partners, exhibitors participating in exhibitions and exhibition events that you have registered for or visited previously. During registration, you will be provided with a list of exhibitors (participants) of the exhibition or event for which you are registering.
You shall bear in mind that all exhibitors participating in Congresses of Central Asia events act independently of Congresses of Central Asia and do not act on behalf or at the request of Congresses of Central Asia.
Congresses of Central Asia is not responsible for the disclosure of your personal data by the exhibitors or for other illegal actions of the exhibitors involving them. At the same time, Congresses of Central Asia will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your personal data during their processing by exhibitors, as well as to prevent any illegal actions with your data.
5. The ability to edit and delete Personal Data
Congresses of Central Asia provides users with the opportunity to clarify or revoke consent to the processing of their personal data at any time by sending an email to the company's email address, or by sending a request by mail to the address of the Congresses of Central Asia office.
The user also has the right to contact the specified addresses to obtain information regarding the processing of his personal data, in accordance with the law "On Personal Data".
6. Links to third-party websites
The Congresses of Central Asia websites contain links to third-party websites. These links are for reference purposes only, and Congresses of Central Asia assumes no responsibility for the personal data policies adopted on these sites. Using these resources, you should independently study the policies applied on them.
