ICCI Conference 2024: A Forum of New Ideas and Opportunities
The 5th Anniversary International Conference of the Construction Industry - ICCI 2024 will once again bring together leading experts in the construction sector under one roof in Tashkent to discuss current issues in the industry. Traditionally, the conference is held within the framework of the 25th Anniversary Uzbekistan International Exhibition “Construction - UzBuild 2024.”.Location and dates: NEC "Uzexpocentre," Atrium 1 hall, February 27–29, 2024.

The ICCI conference is the only platform for dialogue in the construction industry of Uzbekistan, where all stages of construction are discussed, from preparatory work to the management of the finished facility.
The discussions will feature over 20 speakers from eight different countries France, Great Britain, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, the Russian Federation, Turkiye, the United Arab Emirates, and Uzbekistan.
Over the course of three days of intensive work, delegates will discuss current trends and prospects for the construction market in Uzbekistan.
A unique feature of ICCI is the format of focus sessions dedicated to specific topics. This format and rich conference programme will allow listeners to both receive useful information and exchange views with leading experts and representatives of government agencies.
Large international and domestic construction companies' representatives, top industry experts in the production of building and finishing materials, specialists in construction and real estate management, urbanists, developers, scientists, architects, designers, and experts in related industries are all brought together annually for the conference.
This year’s programme is distinguished by its richness and relevance of topics: prospects for the development of the construction industry of Uzbekistan; new formats of commercial real estate; transformation and digitalisation of the industry; and the construction materials industry. The discussion of urbanism in Uzbekistan and the execution of a project as ambitious as "New Tashkent" is especially fascinating.
Discussing such issues is certainly a powerful catalyst for professional growth. Thanks to the discussion format, delegates will be able to find like-minded people in the construction community.
The session of the architectural bureau Zaha Hadid Architects, which will be dedicated to the latest projects of the studio, promises to be very intriguing. Key topics of the session will include sustainable development strategies, the integration of digital fabrication technologies, design optimisation techniques, and how these can become catalysts for sustainable urban development initiatives, with a particular focus on their potential applications for the development of New Tashkent.
Representatives of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of Koc Holding, the general sponsor of the conference, will share their expertise in the field of international standards in the construction business.
Speakers from the YES housing and public utilities chain, Becar Asset Management, SmartHeart Creative Agency, and Commonwealth Partnership Uzbekistan will talk about the main trends in commercial real estate. Impetus for development Construction is largely due to digitalisation, which transforms all economic cycles and makes it possible to automate processes. On the second day of the conference, representatives of Engineering Services and Khadeeva Pro will talk about the digitalisation of the industry.
