Another 110 hectares of land allocated for construction of New Tashkent

Several mahallas of the Yukorichirchik district of the Tashkent region will be transferred to New Tashkent.

Earlier, we wrote that 11 mahallas of the Yukorichirchik and 3 mahallas of the Urtachirchik districts of the Tashkent region will partially be transferred to the capital's New Tashkent district.

The khokim of the Tashkent region signed a resolution according to which three more mahallas - "Uzbekistan", "Gulistan" and "Istiklol" - will be transferred from the Yukorichirchik district to New Tashkent.

In particular, a land plot of 110.4 hectares, returned from the Yukorichirchik district to the state reserve and reclassified, was allocated for permanent use to the Directorate for the Construction of the City of New Tashkent.

Currently, work is underway to draw up cadastral documents and state registration of these land plots.
