Investments in housing construction in Uzbekistan amounted to 3.8 trillion soums
The bulk of investments comes from private investments
In the first quarter of this year, about 3.8 trillion soums of investments were invested in housing construction. The Statistics Agency reports this.
Basically, the development of the housing construction sector occurs through private investment. In the first quarter of this year, they amounted to 3.6 trillion soums, while government investments amounted to only 9.3 billion soums.
Enterprises and organizations invested 5.3 billion soums in housing construction, and the remaining funds were raised from other sources.
Let us recall that in January-March of this year, construction work worth 27.6 trillion soums was carried out in Uzbekistan.
